Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 7321 Ridgeway member portal at 7321ridgeway.com (the “Portal”), operated by 7321 Ridgeway (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing in or using the Portal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

1. Eligibility and access

The Portal is private and invite-only. You may only create and use an account if (a) you have received an invitation from a 7321 Ridgeway administrator and (b) you are at least 18 years old. Administrators may revoke or suspend access at any time, including for failure to follow community rules or these Terms.

2. Member Agreement and community rules

As part of activating your account, you must read and electronically sign the current Member Agreement. The community rules in that agreement form part of these Terms. If we publish a new version of the Member Agreement, we will notify you and you will be required to re-sign it before continuing to use the Portal.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must not share your account or impersonate anyone else. Notify us immediately at 18jeffcohen@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Portal in violation of any law or the rights of others.
Harass, threaten, or stalk other members or guests.
Misuse personal information you obtain through the directory (including phone numbers, plates, and emails) for any purpose other than community-related contact. You may not use this information for marketing, harvesting, harassment, or resale.
Submit false or misleading information, including false parking blocks, false repair reports, or impersonation.
Attempt to bypass authentication, access data you are not entitled to, or interfere with the Portal's normal operation.
Upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or includes anyone's information without their permission.

5. Member content

When you post content to the Portal — including reservation requests, repair photos, parking notes, profile photos, and broadcast messages — you keep ownership of it. You grant 7321 Ridgeway a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Portal.

Administrators may remove any content that violates these Terms or the community rules.

6. Reservations

Room reservations are requests, not guarantees. All reservations require administrator approval. Approval may be withdrawn for conflicts, rule violations, or operational reasons. We are not responsible for losses you incur if a reservation is declined, rescheduled, or cancelled.

7. Parking-lot manager

The parking-lot manager is a convenience tool for members and guests. We do not guarantee that any particular member or guest will be reachable in any particular time frame. You are responsible for your own vehicle and for any damage caused by it.

8. Donations

Donations are voluntary, are processed by Stripe, and (unless we state otherwise in writing) are not refundable. Donations do not purchase membership, services, or any other benefit; they support the operation of the space. Confirm with your tax advisor whether a donation is deductible in your situation.

9. Guests

If you bring a guest, you are responsible for their conduct while at 7321 Ridgeway. Guests are required to sign in at the front entrance. Guest sign-in information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms or the Member Agreement, or if your membership at 7321 Ridgeway ends. You may stop using the Portal at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing 18jeffcohen@gmail.com.

11. Disclaimers

The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7321 Ridgeway and its administrators, members, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Portal. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Portal will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you have donated to us in the prior twelve (12) months, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7321 Ridgeway and its administrators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Portal, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify members through the Portal or by email. Your continued use of the Portal after the update means you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
