7321 Ridgeway (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the member portal at 7321ridgeway.com (the “Portal”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. By using the Portal, you agree to the practices described here.

Members may opt in to receive transactional SMS alerts from 7321 Ridgeway. These messages are operational in nature and include:

How to opt in

SMS is off by default — new members start on email-only. To turn it on, use the SMS opt-in button under Notification Preferences (on your profile page, or during sign-up). This opens a short consent form where you confirm your mobile number and explicitly agree to receive transactional texts (and, optionally, marketing texts) from 7321 Ridgeway. Only after you complete that opt-in do the “SMS” and “Email & SMS” notification options become available. We record the date, time, and originating IP address of your consent. Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of membership.

Message frequency varies based on community activity — typically a few messages per month. We do not charge for SMS notifications. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), database-level row-level security, and least-privilege keys to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps and review our practices regularly. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

The Portal is intended for adults associated with 7321 Ridgeway. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify members via the Portal or by email. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
