Privacy Policy
Effective May 6, 2026
7321 Ridgeway (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the member portal at 7321ridgeway.com (the “Portal”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. By using the Portal, you agree to the practices described here.
1. What we collect
Information you provide
- Account details: full name, email address, phone number.
- Optional profile information: headshot photo, gender, home address.
- Vehicle information: license plate, make, model, color, and optional nickname for each vehicle you register.
- Member agreement records: the version you signed, your typed-name signature, the date and time of signing, and the originating IP address.
- Reservations and content you submit: room reservation requests, repair requests (including any photos you upload), parking-block reports, and any messages you send through the Portal.
- Donation information: if you donate, your name, email, donation amount, and the Stripe transaction reference. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details — those are handled by Stripe.
- Guest sign-in information: if you sign in as a guest at our front entrance, we collect the name, phone number, license plate, and (optional) host you provide.
Information collected automatically
- Authentication and session data needed to keep you signed in.
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser, device, timestamps) used for security, abuse prevention, and operating the site.
2. Why we collect it
- To verify you are an invited, active member.
- To run the directory, parking-lot manager, room reservations, repair queue, community calendar, and other portal features.
- To send you operational emails (invitations, reservation confirmations, repair updates, donation receipts, agreement updates) and community announcements.
- To process donations through Stripe.
- To respond to you when you contact us.
- To enforce our community rules and the Member Agreement.
- To meet our legal obligations.
3. Who can see what
The Portal applies different visibility rules to different fields:
- Visible to all signed-in members: your full name, email address, phone number, license plate(s), and headshot (if you uploaded one). This is so members can reach each other and resolve parking situations.
- Visible only to administrators: your gender and home address.
- Visible only to you (and admins): your reservation history, repair requests, donation history, and member-agreement signing record.
- Visible to all members and on the public Donate page: no personally identifying information about other donors is shown publicly.
4. Service providers we share data with
We use a small number of vetted service providers to operate the Portal. We share with each only what they need to do their job:
- Supabase (database and authentication hosting) — stores all account data, content, and storage objects.
- Vercel (web hosting) — serves the website and runs scheduled jobs.
- Resend (email delivery) — delivers transactional and community emails.
- Stripe (payments) — processes donations.
- Google (optional sign-in) — handles the Google OAuth login flow if you choose to sign in with Google.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information for advertising purposes. We share data with law enforcement only when required by law.
5. How long we keep your information
- Active member data is retained while your membership is active.
- Deactivated accounts are kept for up to 24 months after deactivation for record-keeping, then deleted on request or during routine cleanup.
- Signed agreements and donation receipts are kept for as long as legally required for tax and audit purposes.
- Guest sign-ins are typically retained for up to 12 months.
6. Your choices and rights
You can:
- View and update most of your information from the Profile page in the Portal.
- Add or remove your headshot at any time.
- Add, edit, or remove vehicles you've registered.
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request deletion of your account, by emailing 18jeffcohen@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), database-level row-level security, and least-privilege keys to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps and review our practices regularly. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Children
The Portal is intended for adults associated with 7321 Ridgeway. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify members via the Portal or by email. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
